Authorisations
Contact Group
Select the contact group to be configured.
The administrator assigns to himself for the selected contact group the authorisation for the Standard contact group.
The administrator assigns to the individual users for the selected contact group the read and/or write authorisation for the Standard contact group.
A user with read access to at least one contact group may via Contacts and assignment:
•search for and display a contact
•read the QR code
•export a contact data record (vCard)
A user with write an read acces to at least one contact group may via Contacts and assignment:
•create contacts
•import contact images
•edit contacts
•import contact data sets (vCard)
•adopt contacts from the call data list
•delete contacts
•import contacts
•export contacts
•switch on/off the use as standard contact group
•assign contacts to a contact group
•delete contacts from a contact group

The list is filtered by the entered or selected value.

All options to the right are enabled or disabled at the same time in this contact group for the user.
The authorisation for the standard cotact group is enabled for the adminstrator. They automatically receive read and write access.

The read access is enabled or disabled for all users of this contact group at the same time.

The write access is enabled or disabled for all users of this contact group at the same time.

If this function is enabled for a user, their newly created contacts can be transferred to their previously defined contact groups automatically.
Requirements for users:
•Contact groups must have been created
•Read and write access to at least one contact group
