Subscriber (scr.)

Target path COMtrexx:
Subscriber (scr.) > Phone numbers
User > Phone numbers
Phones > Assignment
*Note: In COMtrexx, a subscriber is split into user and phone. A user is set up not on a device-specific basis but on a person-specific basis and can be assigned to up to five phones, either simply or permanently. Depending on previous usage, it makes sense to reduce the number of users and reassign them to the phones.
*Further help can be found in the COMtrexx help section at User
*Note: A COMfortel SoftPhone 2 must be reset to its factory settings (in the softphone: app > Reset app to factory settings) and be set up again with the registration data from the COMtrexx.
Phones > Assignment >
*Further help can be found in the COMtrexx help section at Show QR code / Send registration data
*Note: Analogue and ISDN subscribers as well as VoIP subscribers for COMfortel 3200/3500 are only created as users. ISDN phones are not supported by COMtrexx. Other required phones must be added and assigned to a user.
Phones > Assignment > New
*Further help can be found in the COMtrexx help section at Add phone | New
Subscriber (scr.) > IP provisioning
Administration > Network > Server service > Provisioning
Phones > Provisioning
*Note: Provisioning must be started manually once on a DECT base station COMfortel WS-500x.
*Note: On a COMfortel 1400/2600/3600 IP, provisioning must be started manually once by restarting the phone or calling up the provisioning test (in the phone: Update & Provisioning > Provisioning settings > Provisioning test).
*Note: Individual provisioning files for COMfortel 1400/2600/3600 IP are not transferred to the COMtrexx and must be set up again. If you have saved provisioning files from the old PBX in advance, use their contents to create new individual provisioning files.
*Note: Usable key functions with COMfortel 1400/2600/3600 IP in the COMtrexx:
