Voicemails

Overview

Lists all voicemails, sorted by date. More information is displayed for each message:

•Designation (caller)

•Number (caller)

•Date and time

Callback

Starts a call to the number of the caller who left the voicemail message.

Delete

Removes the selected message from the overview.

These options are available:

•Remove only from phone

•Remove from phone and from PBX

Download

Starts downloading a voice mail. You must download new voicemails before playing them back.

Play back

Plays back the downloaded voicemail.

Stop

Stops playing back the voicemail.

Details

Select the line with the required voicemail to display more information about the selected message:

•Name

•Number

•Trunk

•Archived

•Box Number

•Byte Size

•Date

•Is New

Mark as read/unread

Note: Unread messages are displayed in colour in the overview.
