Voicemail App
The Voicemail app can be used with release version 2.4A and above (COMfortel D-400 devices and above).
The Voicemail app can be used to retrieve and organise fax and voicemail messages. The Voicemail app communicates directly with the ICT system. Users of a provisioning PBX do not need to enter any credentials. The app is self-provisioning. Before using the app, start it once again after provisioning is complete.
As soon as the voicemail app has been successfully put into operation, voicemails are automatically opened in the app when called up via the notification.
Requirement for use
ICT system is integrated in the network and can be accessed over the Internet, by VPN if necessary.

Process
If the app has been provisioned, commissioning is concluded by accepting the terms and conditions of use. For manual commissioning without provisioning, proceed as follows:
1.Start the Voicemail app
2.Accept the terms and conditions
3.Create a new ICT system
Enter this information:
Name(freely definable)
IP address
Port
You can test the connection to the ICT system, and correct the settings if necessary, before saving it.
4.Create new subscriber:
Username(Telephone number of the subscriber)
Password(as assigned by the ICT system).
*Note: A password can only be entered if the option for saving the credentials has been enabled.
*Caution: If a password has not been entered, the login process (including entering the password) must be performed again when a new subscriber is created.
5.If all the settings have been entered and are complete, simply select the ICT system and appropriate subscriber the next time you log in.
