Overview

Lists all fax messages, sorted by date. More information is displayed for each message:

•Name (sender)

•Number (recipient)

•Date and time

•Direction (outgoing/incoming)

View

A fax message can be opened and viewed in a PDF viewer. Standard functions such as zoom, scrolling etc. are available.

Delete

Removes the selected message from the overview.

These options are available:

•Remove only from phone

•Remove from phone and from PBX

Details

Select the line with the required voicemail to display more information about the selected message:

•Name

•Number

•Trunk

•Archived

•Box Number

•Byte Size

•Date

•Is New

Mark as read/unread

Note: Unread messages are displayed in colour in the overview.
