The new or revised functions below have been published with this Release.

Message key
Pressing the message key displays the messages. If no interaction with the message is intended, pressing the message key again makes the view disappear.

Name sources, Reverse search
Different name sources can be prioritised in a list per Identity. The prioritisation is used to decide which name is shown in the display for incoming/outgoing calls.
The following parameter is redundant and has been removed: Reverse search.

Pickup
The function Pickup has been extended, the descriptions for the following settings have been newly created: Pickup-choice on key-press, Do not show in pickup list, Pickup of connected calls, App Pickup

SIP message
The phone can send and receive SIP messages. A set message can be sent to a recipient with an appropriately configured function key. A received SIP message is displayed as a notification.

Internal/external dial tones
By provisioning the dialling tone in the Identities section, it is possible to play different dialling tones to the user.

LED signalling
When configuration switchover is enabled in the PBX, the LED of the function key lights up green.
Date and time
Date and time of the phone are displayed in the web interface.

Refresh register
Re-registration can be triggered at an earlier time than set in the register interval per Early re-register (sec), Refresh register at 1/2.

Removal of settings
With Release 2.6, the following setting is omitted: Send SIP REGISTER.
DTMF
Various methods are available for transmitting DTMF signals.

USB headset
Not all USB connections are suitable for the use of a USB headset. Corresponding notes have been added.
