Faxes
Overview
Lists all fax messages, sorted by date. More information is displayed for each message:
•Name (sender)
•Number (recipient)
•Date and Time
•Direction (outgoing/incoming)
View
Tap on a fax message in a PDF viewer to open it and read it. Standard functions, such as zoom, page, scroll etc. are available.
Delete
Removes the selected message from the overview.
These options are available:
•Remove only from phone
•Remove from phone and from PBX
Details
Displays more information about the selected message:
•Name
•Number
•Trunk
•Archived
•Box Number
•Byte Size
•Date
•Is New
Mark as read/unread
Note: Unread messages are displayed in colour in the overview.
