Display and LED
The phone has a touch display. You can operate it using the keys or touch controls.
The phone display shows information about calls, conversations and activated functions.

The LEDs (message key LED, housing LED, function key LEDs) signal information about calls, conversations and activated functions by lighting up/flashing in different colours.

To clean without accidentally selecting or activating functions, the phone can be put into cleaning mode.

The display and LED can be configured with different settings to suit existing workplace conditions and individual preferences.
Brightness 
By changing the brightness, the display can be adapted to very bright or very dark environments. Changes affect all connected key extension modules.
Even the brightness of the illuminated keypad can be adjusted to the ambient brightness.
The phone has an integrated brightness sensor. When this function is enabled, the display illumination automatically adjusts to the ambient brightness.
Idle state (power management function) 
The phone already consumes little energy in normal operation. Further savings are possible by using the power management function. The telephone switches idle state if it is not used before the time set here elapses. The default value is 5 minutes.
The idle state display is displayed when the phone is in its idle state.
When the screen is in its idle state, it has:
•reduced brightness
•time display
•date display
To cancel the idle state, you can:
•press any key
•pick up the receiver
•use gesture control if the proximity sensor is switched on (the sensitivity of the sensor can be configured)
Tapping the display does not bring the phone out of its idle state.
Device image and name 
An image and a name can be set up to be displayed on the home screen (e.g. individually adapted to the person using it).
The image and name are also assigned to the so-called ICH contact.

Image requirements:
•Image files with file format .png or .jpg
•max. file size 5 MB
The image is scaled and cropped to 64 x 64 px, the displayed image section is round.
The name is additionally used for the following purposes:
•displayed in the browser tab
•used to manage the device for Bluetooth connections
•used as the identifier for a backup file.
Example:[Device name]_[Device type]_config_[Date]_[Time].xml
Wallpaper 
The default wallpaper of the phone's home screen can be supplemented with a wallpaper image. This allows the phone to be customised, e.g., based on the company's own corporate design or according to your own preferences.
Image requirements:
•Image files with file format .png or .jpg
•max. file size 5 MB
If an image does not correspond to the specified dimensions, the image will be scaled and cropped (see area distribution on the display).
As an alternative to a static image, you can also set a camera as the wallpaper for the home screen.
