Proxy server for Online services
Use proxy
Activates the proxy service for the online services of the COMtrexx.
*Note: Disable the proxy service if you do not use COMfortel SoftPhone 2 or COMtrexx Control Center.

SIP proxy
Address of the Auerproxy server. In the default settings: proxy.auerproxy.de
The registration status of the Auerproxy server is displayed next to the address:

Registration address
Registration address in the PBX for communication with the Auerproxy server.

Local port
Local port used internally (default value: 5099).
*Note: For encrypted connections to the Auerproxy server, the port with the value set here + 1 is used (default value: 5100).
*Note: The page Administration > Network > Ports shows an overview of the PBX ports (incoming and outgoing).
*Important: If more than one externally communicating SIP device is operated behind the same external IP address/in the same network, this port must be uniquely assigned for each device.

Use ICE
Enables finding the best possible transmission route to be found between the softphone and PBX.
*Note: If you experience audio issues, this option should remain disabled.
