Central caller list
The central caller list of the PBX saves the following data of incoming and outgoing calls:
Name (last name, first name), if known in the central caller list
Phone Number
Identity (for the user his local phone number, for groups the local group name)
Date
Time
Conversation duration
The PBX saves up to 50 entries per user or group.
Provided, the function Central caller list is switched on for users, the PBX automatically updates the saved calls (all models of the COMfortel D series) of this list in the user's telephone.
In the telephone, entries can be sorted by incoming, missed or all calls.
If this function has been switched off until now or temporarily for the user, the calls during this time of period are not saved in the list. This means they are not displayed on the phone when the function is switched on again.
If the function is switched off, the local caller list of the telephone is displayed. If the function is switched on, the local caller list is replaced by the central list but not deleted.
If on an incoming call the telephone is not registered or an update is running, the list in the telephone is immediately updated when the connection is reestablished.
If the user with authorisation for the function Roaming User changes th telephone, he finds there either the entries of the local caller list or of the central caller list (if the function has been enabled).

Functionality for the group
If the user is a member of a group, all calls in this group are saved in the list even when the function is disabled. They are displayed on the phone when the function is switched on again. This applys to all incoming and outgoing calls of all group members.
On an outgoing call of a user via a group, the group name is displayed and not the phone number of the user.
