Roaming User
This function allows the user access to all phone configured on the PBX e.g. in an open-plan office with neutrally provided workspaces (meaning not permanently personally allocated, also known as "free seating" or "hot desking").
Requirement is the user's authorisation for Roaming User.
The user has the known access with his personal settings and authorisations.
Access of a Roaming User
Only one user can be assigned to each telephone. If the user has the authorisation for Roaming User, he can log in on any other unassigned telephone any time.
If a user is permanently assigned to a telephone (undependent of the Roaming User function), he becomes the owner. If the owner temporarily logs out of this telephone, other Roaming Users have no access to this telephone.
Loggin in and out on the phone
The Roaming User uses the phone the following way:
1.The user logs in on the phone of his choice with his PIN and user phone number.
2.For changing to a different phone, the user directly logs in on it.
The following rules / restrictions apply:
-When changing, the user is automatically logged out of the previuosly used phone.
-Only one telephone is available for a user at a time.
* Instructions of use are in Roaming User
Use case open-plan office
The office has several freely assignable workstations with telephones. These telephones are not assigned to any user or Roaming User.
The Roaming User can now log in on a telephone. When changing the workstation, the Roaming User simply logs in on a new telephone.

The Roaming User has an on the PBX configured phone both at his office and his home office.
If the Roaming User changes from office to home office, he logs in on the phone in home office.
