Function
Function for which the adjoining audio file is to be used.

Audio file (*.wav)
Select the audio file that is to be used for the adjoining function.
Standard announcement
For the standard announcement, the PBX uses the audio file specified as the standard file in Functions > Music on Hold and Announcements > File management > System Files .

Volume on telephone
Specifies in percentage terms how loudly the audio file is to be played on the phone.
* Note: The volume at the phone for emergency calls cannot be set under 50 %.

Listen
A suitable program is used to play the audio file. Depending on the used program, the file can then, if necessary, be stored on a data storage device.
