User
To the user, a phone number a PIN, a password and certain properties are assigned.
The password is used for SIP registration and the access to the web interface and API.
A user with authorisation for the function Roaming User uses phone number and PIN for logging in on a free telephone without assigned user.
One user can be simply or permanently assigned to a telephone. In case of permant assignment the user becomes the owner. With this status the owner can temporarily log out, other users cannot log in and have access.
If the user has the authorisation for the function Roaming User, more characteristics apply for the access to telephones.

Several users can be grouped, in order to be available by the same phone number and/or to acquire additional properties.
