Groups
*Note: The settings are displayed for each group of which the softphone is a member.
Symbol in status bar
Shows the following symbol for display and operation in the status bar:
*Description of the operation and display under Overview User Interface
Incoming
Logs the softphone in to the group for incoming calls.
The softphone is permanently logged in for incoming calls. No change is possible on the softphone.
*Note: Automatically synchronised with the PBX. Conversely, changes the setting/function of the PBX.
Outgoing
Logs the softphone in to the group for outgoing calls.
The softphone is permanently logged in for outgoing calls. No change is possible on the softphone.
The softphone is permanently logged in to another group for outgoing calls. As it can only ever be logged in to one group for outgoing calls, no change is possible here either.
