Contacts
Contacts are accessed via . They comprise:
•Locally saved contacts
•Contact data received via synchronisation from Google accounts
•Contact data received via synchronisation using the Sync app

•Contact data received via LDAP
*Note: Depending on the PBX support, the LDAP contact data also includes internal phone numbers for subscribers, groups and emergency calls.


Stored names are called and displayed depending on the priority for name display (name sources) in
•Calls/conversations
•All call lists
•suggestions lists in dial preparation.

In addition, an individual ring tone can be assigned to the contact.

All contacts are displayed in alphabetical order in the contact list.
Contacts to whom calls are made frequently can also be displayed in the Favorites list.


Locally saved contacts can be saved using backup.

ME Contact 
The ME contact can be used to store information about the user. The corresponding image is displayed on the start screen. Image and name match the device image and name.
LDAP 
Using LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), you can, for example, make phone books on a PBX available to the phone.
None of the information for a contact is stored on the device.
Requirement for configuration
•An LDAP server (for example, a PBX) and a minimum of one configured LDAP account.
Google 
The phone allows synchronisation with the contact data of a Google account.

•At least one Google account set up.
Configuration
*Note: The following restrictions apply when setting up:
•Only via phone and provisioning: Create/edit local contacts.
•Provisioning only: Create/edit local contacts with images.
•Only via the web interface and provisioning: Set up the image of the ME contact (device image), manage Google accounts and unrestricted LDAP settings.
*Note: Only experts should make the settings for LDAP filter. LDAP filter syntax is used. RFC 2254 and RFC 4515 are used.
