d. Toggle between alphanumeric and numerical entry

Transfer the call with an announcement 
Requirements:
•Initiated query call
Proceed as follows::
Softkey Join
Transfer the call without announcement (blind transfer) 
Proceed as follows:
Hold > softkeyDial> enter destination number > OK> softkeyJoin> To do this, hang up the receiver
