Sync
Use the Sync app to configure other cloud services. Most importantly, contacts and calendar entries from a cloud provider are synchronised with the telephone.
Requirement for use
Information needed to set up an account:
Provider's name
E-mail address or username
Password
Also needed, in the case of manual configuration:
Server name or address
*Note: The particular provider's CardDAV address is also required.

Process
1.Before you can start configuring an account, you must assign the authorisation to synchronise calendar entries and contacts.
2.Add a new account to the Sync app. You can configure an account manually if the required provider is not in the list.
Choose provider
To do so, follow the instructions on the device display. To configure the account, you need the e-mail address or username, the name of the provider and the associated password.
Manual setup
Enter the data required to configure the account. Press Sign In to end configuration.
*Note: If you configure an account manually, a new entry with this account is automatically added to the provider's list.
3.Adjust the Sync Interval if necessary.
4.Import the contacts and calendar entries.
When the new account has been successfully configured, the contacts and calendar entries for the synchronised account are displayed on the device. Synchronisation is performed in both directions. Entries created on the device are also visible, and can be used, on other end devices.
