Reverse search
During inbound and outbound calls, the name for the subscriber number is searched for in the locally and non-locally saved contacts on the phone.
If inbound and outgoing calls are made with an unknown subscriber number, "unknown" is displayed in the screen, instead of the name if the caller does not transmit a subscriber number or number transmission is suppressed. However, if the called calls with a subscriber number that is not in any phone book, the transferred subscriber number is displayed instead of the name, unless the central ICT system has already transmitted its own designation instead of the name.
*Note: If you deactivate the reverse search, this only affects the device phone book and LDAP. Information that comes from the PBX is not affected and is still displayed, despite this.
