Query Calls
Initiating a query call (during a call)
Hold > enter the destination number/contact > OK
or
OK > enter the destination number/contact > OK
or
Hold > press the Dial soft key > select contact > OK
When you connect a COMfortel® D-XT20:
Hold > press the speed dial button (key extension module)
or
press the speed dial button (key extension module)

Press the End soft key > Hold
or
Press the End soft key > OK

Select the call partner to whom you want to change > Hold

Either one of the call partners hangs up the receiver
or
you can select the call partner for whom you want to end the call > press the End soft key.

To do this, hang up the receiver
or
press the Join soft key.
