Pick-up in idle state
During a pick-up in idle state, you can take a call on your own phone that was being made to another internal phone.
Requirements for use:
• Pick-up permission granted in the PBX
• Pick-up is performed on the PBX and triggered with the sequence ##06
Note: To perform a pick-up using the speed dial button, you must enter the pick-up code.• Function key with the speed dial for the internal phone that is to be called configured on it
Procedure with speed dial configured
• The button with the speed dial function assigned to it flashes red.
Press the button to accept the call.
Proceed as follows without speed dial configured:
• Enter the same pick-up code as was entered in Identities > Options for Experts, and the subscriber number of the internal phone whose call is to be transferred.
• Press OK to confirm.
The call is transferred.
