Pick-up during a call
During an active call, you can take a call on your own phone that was being made to another internal phone.
Requirements for use:
• Pick-up permission granted in the PBX
• Pick-up is performed on the PBX and triggered with the sequence ##06
Note: To perform a pick-up using the speed dial button, you must enter the pick-up code.• Function key with the speed dial for the internal phone that is to be called configured on it
Proceed as follows with speed dial configured:
• The button with the speed dial function assigned to it flashes red.
• Press the button to accept the call.
Note: If the button with the speed dial function assigned to it is not on the COMfortel® D-XT20 key extension module, but on the phone itself, there is no optical signalling to show that there is a call. To get this information, press Home . The current call information is hidden and the home screen is displayed. The button with the speed dial function assigned to it flashes red.
