Language and Location
You can configure the phone to suit the particular locale by setting the language for the screen and the keyboard.
Configuration
With the Configuration Manager:

Note: In the Configuration Manager, you can set both the language and location, both for the Configuration Manager and for the phone. On the phone, you can only make settings for the phone.
