Function keys
You can see the interface in which you configure the function keys for the phone in the Function keys tab.
User interface phone
aFunction keys icon. Also see System icons
bEnter the same text as in the Edit function keys > Key label section
cFunction selected as described in the Edit function keys > Function section
dSeq. number (1 – 20)
eDisplays the Edit function keys dialogue
* Note: If a key already has a function assigned to it, the LED shines orange. You can assign a different function. For more information, see the Edit function keys section.
Key extension module (1 – 3)
You can see the interface in which you configure the function keys for the selected module in Key extension module tab 1 – 3. Up to 3 key extension modules can be connected.

aShows that the phone's top left function key has had a function assigned to it on all 3 levels.
bLists all 3 possible levels to which a function can be assigned
cDisplay
dLevel 1 (always visible)
Click on the selected key to open the Edit function keys window
eLevel 2 (opens when you pass over it with the mouse)
Click on the selected key to open the Edit function keys window
fLevel 3 (opens when you pass over it with the mouse)
Click on the selected key to open the Edit function keys window
