Soft Keys below the Display
The soft keys have different functions, depending on the operational state or which menu has been selected. Each function is displayed directly above the key in the display.
aMenu name, here Contacts
bFav./All soft key: Press this to jump between the Contacts and Favorites lists.
cDelete soft key: Press this to delete a saved contact.
dDetails soft key: Press this to display more saved phone numbers for a contact.
e→Fav./≠Fav.: Press this to turn a contact into a favourite or turn a favourite into a normal contact.

bAll soft key: Press this to list all calls by how recent they are.
cMissed soft key: Press this to list all missed calls by how recent they are.
dOutgoing soft key: Press this to list all outgoing calls by how recent they are.
eMenu soft key: Press this to access more options for the selected phone number.
