Conference rooms
This function enables a phone conference between several internal users. For this purpose, a conference room can be entered by calling an internal number.
A total of ten conference rooms can be configured. The number of conference rooms and the number of allowed users per conference room depends on the used hardware.
Process
1. The dial-in in a conference room is performed with the previously configured internal number.
2. The person dialling-in hears an announcement before entering the conference room.
3. The new participant is announced to others by a short tone.
