Reserved call channels
If a group of users should have the option of making an external call at any time, the call channels can be reserved for the group. The reservation can only be made on an account the the appropriate provider. This call channel is only available for users who are logged in this group outgoing.
The following rules / restrictions apply:
Dynamically used channels are not offered.
The maximum number of channels available for the account relates to the number that has been set on the assigned provider.
If a call channel should be reserved for one user this user has to be assigned alone to a group.
