The first setup requires one of the available licenses.
Note: There is no user test license available for the COMtrexx Business. This PBX always requires the purchase of licenses via the Voucher Center.Floating user license
The mode of floating user license requires the purchase of users and the system activation in the Auerswald/FONtevo Online Shop.
Tryout Mode
3 user test licenses are available in the Tryout Mode. These are not limited in time and are directly available without further activation. If more than 3 users are needed, the Tryout Mode has to be left and floating user licenses have to be purchased in the Voucher Center.
Note: There is no Tryout Mode available for the COMtrexx Business.Extension by additional licenses
By purchasing licenses in the Auerswald/FONtevo Online Shop, the PBX can be extended by the following functions:
• System activation
• PBX Call Assist
• User
Important: The system activation is mandatory for the operation of the PBX.New installation of a PBX
1.Reset your PBX.
2.Copy the initialisation code and log in into the license server .
3.Under My devices all PBX that you have installed are listed. The PBX are displayed with the serial number and the given name. Click on the serial number of the PBX you want to newly install.
4.Click on Recreate certificate.
5.Paste the initialisation code and click on Continue.
6.Copy the answer of the liicense server into the empty field of the PBX registration.
Note: The recreated certificate contains with other information the serial number of your PBX. Using this serial number, your former licenses are available in the Voucher Center.Configuration
• Activate further functions.
