Direct connection and customer information
The automatic reception function receives calls and connects callers with their required destination. If the Announcement before answering function is switched on, calls are placed directly in a waiting loop instead of being rejected if the line is busy. Alternatively, the destination device can be a voice mailbox, which either records a message or plays back an announcement, to provide information.

Announcements in the sales area
Loudspeaker announcements can be made from any internal telephone via a loudspeaker or an active loudspeaker unit. These loudspeaker announcements can also be used to inform staff that callers are waiting in park positions.
